We start with a planning meeting to understand your vision, priorities, and budget. From there, we create a personalized budget, recommend vendors that fit your style, and guide you through selecting the perfect team to bring your wedding day to life.

The design phase begins 8 months before your wedding with a design consultation. We'll create a custom mood board, source décor, and refine your design together until it's finalized 6 months before your wedding.

About 3–4 months before your wedding, we shift into coordination mode. We'll finalize your timeline, guest count, seating plan, and logistics, coordinate with your vendor team, complete a venue walkthrough, and prepare everything for a seamless wedding day.

Yes. Venue coordinators work for the venue, not you . A personal wedding planner advocates strictly for your vision and manages all external vendor logistics.


We will help you allocate funds realistically, and keep you on track. We understand that every couple has a different budget. 

Absolutely, our approach is collaborative, we want you to be as hands on as you want during the planning process.
